Spiritual Direction is the practice of noticing. It’s a place to bring your questions, your big life transitions and even the small, ordinary parts of your day. Together, we’ll explore where God might be meeting you in the middle of it all. As your spiritual directors, we offer a compassionate, confidential space where you can pause to listen and discover how God is already with you.

We see ourselves as companions on your journey, bearing witness to the work of God in your life. Our sessions are not about fixing problems or finding solutions, but providing a quiet, safe space to be present to your life. Through attentive listening, and gentle questions, together we explore your inner life, helping you nurture awareness and discernment.

Our spiritual directors are based in Victoria, BC, and Ottawa, ON, and we meet with individuals both in person and online. We want spiritual direction to be a convenient, accessible part of your life, no matter where you are.
